Terms of Service

Drivewe connects vehicle owners ("Hosts") with renters ("Guests") through a peer-to-peer marketplace. By using Drivewe, you agree to these terms.

**Eligibility** You must be at least 18 years old and hold a valid driver's license to use Drivewe. Hosts must own or have authorization to list the vehicles they share.

**Bookings** Bookings are agreements between Hosts and Guests. Drivewe facilitates the connection but is not a party to the rental agreement. All bookings are subject to availability and Host approval.

**Payments** Drivewe collects payment on behalf of Hosts. Platform fees apply. Refunds are subject to the applicable cancellation policy.

**Insurance** Drivewe does not provide insurance or protection coverage. Hosts and Guests are each responsible for ensuring they have appropriate insurance coverage. See our Insurance Requirements page for details.

**Prohibited Uses** Vehicles may not be used for commercial hire, racing, towing beyond manufacturer specifications, or any illegal purpose. See our Safety & Prohibited Uses page for the full list.

**Liability** To the maximum extent permitted by law, Drivewe's liability is limited to the amount of fees paid in the 12 months prior to the claim. Drivewe is not liable for property damage, personal injury, or consequential losses arising from vehicle use.

**Modifications** We may update these terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
