Host Agreement

By listing a vehicle on Drivewe, you agree to this Host Agreement.

**Eligibility** You must be at least 21 years old, own or have authorization to list the vehicle, and maintain appropriate insurance coverage for peer-to-peer sharing.

**Vehicle Requirements** Vehicles must be roadworthy, have a current registration, and meet any applicable safety standards. You must disclose any known defects.

**Insurance** Drivewe does not provide insurance. You are responsible for ensuring your personal auto insurance policy permits peer-to-peer vehicle sharing. Some personal policies exclude this use — contact your insurer before listing.

**Listing Accuracy** Your listing must accurately describe the vehicle, including features, condition, and any restrictions. Misleading listings may be removed.

**Availability** You are responsible for keeping your availability calendar up to date. Repeated cancellations may result in account suspension.

**Earnings** Platform fees apply to each booking. See the earnings section of your host dashboard for your applicable fee tier.

**Taxes** You are responsible for reporting and paying any taxes on income earned through Drivewe.
