Safety & Prohibited Uses

By using Drivewe, you agree to the following safety requirements and prohibited use restrictions.

**Prohibited Uses** - Commercial hire or taxi/rideshare services - Racing, speed contests, or off-road driving unless the vehicle is listed for that purpose - Towing beyond manufacturer-specified limits - Transporting illegal substances or weapons - Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs - Subletting the vehicle to any person not listed on the booking

**Driver Requirements** - Valid driver's license required at all times - Must meet any minimum age requirements set by the Host - Must carry required insurance documentation

**Emergency Procedure** If involved in an accident: 1. Ensure safety first — move to safety if possible 2. Call emergency services if anyone is injured or needs assistance 3. Document the incident with photos 4. Contact Drivewe support

**Reporting Safety Concerns** Report unsafe vehicle conditions, unsafe hosts, or policy violations to safety@drivewe.co.
